Bylaws
Since its establishment in 1957, SEOPAN has been updating its bylaws to adapt them to the changing reality of its companies and Spanish society.
The current bylaws were approved by the General Assembly of Members on February 27, 2013, with Articles 5.1, 7, 18.3 and 22.2 being modified by the General Assembly of Members on February 26, 2014.
They are registered under no. 436 with the Spanish Subdirectorate-General of Programming and Administrative Action of the Directorate-General of Employment in the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security, by decision of April 16, 2014.
